Case Study -Trelleborg  

We have been using the Erics system for a number of months now and utilised the equipment on a couple of targeted projects.

1. Rubber mould press heated platen insulation.
2. Hydraulic pump comparison of continuous run and run to pressure types.

        The main advantage of this system is that we were able to gain simple feed back after downloading the monitored periods as soon as the data was tabulated.  We were able to compare actual live running conditions cost savings against manufacturers claims.  This made justification calculations for capital expenditure projects much more likely to succeed as the data used was relevant and real, the predicted savings were able to be genuine and deliverable.

        The only improvement I could perhaps suggest would be a purpose made software that could be used by a simple user to produce graphs and reports without any Excel knowledge. **
